The mice in council

The mice gathered together in council to discuss how to keep themselves safe from the cat now living in their house. after much debate one mouse came forth with a plan. They would fasten a bell around the cats neck, to warn them when he’s near. This idea was welcomed and the mice agreed. until it came time to discuss who would tie the bell around the cats neck
